Return & Refund Policy

At TechOrbitUK, we want you to feel confident when shopping for smart home products. If something is not right with your order, please contact us and we will help you as quickly as possible.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at support@techorbituk.co.uk with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

Please do not send items back before contacting us. We will provide the return instructions after reviewing your request.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- your order number
- a clear photo or video of the issue
- a short description of the problem

We will review the case and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund, or store credit where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

- items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- items without original packaging
- gift cards
- clearance or final sale items, when clearly marked as final sale

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@techorbituk.co.uk.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In this case, you may need to follow the standard return process after receiving the item.
